Legislative Assembly Select Committee on Essential Worker Housing

The Legislative Assembly Select Committee on Essential Worker Housing was established to inquire into and report on options for essential worker housing in New South Wales.

The Committee's inquiry was focused on establishing an appropriate definition of essential worker housing for the NSW Government to adopt, as well as identifying options to increase housing supply for essential workers.

 

The Committee tabled a report on its findings on 13 June 2025. The report can be found in the Reports and Government Responses tab below.
