Seminars, events & visits

The Legislative Assembly runs regular seminars and events at Parliament House that promote the work, history and diversity of what happens within our building.  The page will be updated with new events and programs, providing you with the links to the relevant information and pages.

Public Sector Seminars

The Legislative Assembly’s highly successful public sector seminar program will be continuing in 2024.  This informative seminar will be of particular interest to those involved in the legislative process, the preparation of Ministerial responses, including answers to written questions or the provision of information to committee inquiries.

Following a welcome from the Speaker, participants will hear from a number of presenters, including interesting insights from Members, the perspective of the Premier’s Office and parliamentary procedure from the Clerks.

Seminars are conducted on Parliamentary sitting days to enable participants to observe the Parliament at work and Question Time.
