Review of the Health Care Complaints Commission's 2023-24 annual report

The annual report review gives the Committee an opportunity to review the Health Care Complaints Commission's exercise of its functions and to discuss issues of public interest that are relevant to the Committee's functions
This inquiry was self-referred on 14 February 2025.
The Committee's role includes examining and reporting to Parliament on matters appearing in or arising out of the HCCC's annual and other reports (section 65, Health Care Complaints Act).
