Inquiry into recommendations of the ICAC regarding aspects of The Code of Conduct for Members, the interest disclosure regime and a parliamentary investigator

The inquiry concerns recommendations made by the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) regarding aspects of The Code of Conduct for Members, the interest disclosure regime and a parliamentary investigator. The inquiry was referred to the Committee by the Legislative Assembly on 21 November 2013. The Committee has issued Discussion Papers on the Terms of Reference which are available below under "Other Documents".
