Select Committee on off-protocol prescribing of chemotherapy in NSW

This select committee was established on Thursday 11 August 2016 to inquire into and report on off-protocol prescribing of chemotherapy in NSW including at St Vincent's Hospital, St George Hospital, Sutherland Hospital, Macquarie University Hospital and clinics in Orange and Bathurst.

 

The committee is due to report by 19 May 2017.

St Vincent’s Hospital patients or families who have concerns about treatment received or who require further information relating to the off‑dosing of Carboplatin can contact NSW Health using the above link.

Southern Sydney patients or families who have concerns about their treatment under Dr Phadke can also contact NSW Health using the above link.

Western NSW patients or families who have concerns about their treatment under Dr John Grygiel can contact the local Cancer Inquiry Line on 6369 8808 or at [email protected]
