Review of the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 Annual Reports of the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption

Under the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 s 64(1)(c), the ICAC Committee's functions include examining each annual and other report of the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption and reporting to both Houses of Parliament on any matter appearing in, or arising out of, any such report.
This inquiry was self-referred on 10 August 2011.

Pursuant to the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 s 64(1)(c), the Committee is to conduct an inquiry into the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 annual reports of the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
