Review of Child Death Review Team Reports: 2007 Annual Report & Trends in Child Deaths in New South Wales 1996-2005

A statutory function of the Committee is to examine each annual or other report of the Commission and report to both Houses of Parliament on any matter appearing in, or arising out of, any such report. Also note: a reference in this section to the Commission includes a reference to the Child Death Review Team. (Section 28 (1)(c) & (4) Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998)
