Commercial Union Assurance Company; Richardson and Wrench Limited, Tooheys Limited, Fresh Food and Ice Company Limited; director of Sydney Children's Hospital., vice president from 1896 until 1901; director of Royal Prince Alfred Hospital from 1883 until 1884; commissioner of Calcutta Exhibition from 1883 until 1884, for Colonial and Indian Exhibition, London in 1886; visited England in 1907; Union Club.
