Members and Ministers

Everyone in New South Wales is represented by one member of the Legislative Assembly and all 42 members of the Legislative Council. Some members have responsibilities as ministers or other officeholders, in addition to representing their constituents.

Parliamentary friendship groups

Parliamentary Friendship Groups are established by Members of Parliament to provide a forum for a shared cause or interest, or to arrange events and assist delegations from countries and regions. They are all-party groups which have been approved by the Presiding Officers. The full list of approved Parliamentary Friendship Groups in the current Parliament can be accessed below.
