On average the registered nurses employed by Warren Multipurpose Service have lived in the area between 15 - 20 years. The Western NSW Local Health District has a strong focus on promoting opportunities for professional development through new graduate programs, scholarships and bursaries, clinical placements and rotations, and supported career development.
