ALLAWAH BRIDGE WIDENING

715 - LOWER HUNTER HOSPITAL

That this House:

  1. Notes that the population of Maitland is growing at a rate of approximately five people per day.
  2. Condemns the Government for failing to provide new public health facilities for the Hunter community.
  3. Recognises that the Government is putting the health of the Hunter region population at risk by failing to build the new Lower Hunter Hospital.
  4. Calls on the Government to commence construction of the new Lower Hunter Hospital immediately.
