Review of the Health Care Complaints Commission 2019-20 annual report

The annual report review gave the Committee an opportunity to review the Health Care Complaints Commission's exercise of its functions and discussed issues of public interest relevant to the Committee's functions.
This inquiry was self-referred on 17 February 2021.
The Committee's role includes examining and reporting to Parliament on matters appearing in or arising out of the HCCC's annual and other reports (section 65, Health Care Complaints Act).
