Person referred to in the Legislative Council (Mr J Bennette)

This is a right of reply provided to Mr Jerry Bennette in response to statements made in the New South Wales Legislative Council by Mr Ian Cohen on 13 October 2000. The right of reply was adopted by the House and incorporated into Hansard on 5 December 2001.

This inquiry was conducted in accordance with a resolution of the Legislative Council which permits citizens aggrieved by statements made about them in the House to seek to have a response incorporated in the parliamentary record.
