Review of the Code of Conduct for Members

This inquiry was established on 28 October 2015, to review the Code of Conduct for Members, pursuant to s72E (5) of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988

On the 8 August 2016 the Committee resolved to expand its current review of the Code of Conduct to include consideration of those matters raised by the Presiding Officers in their correspondence to the Premier of 21 June 2016.
