Review of the 2007-2008 Annual Report of the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption

Under the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 s 64(1)(c), the ICAC Committee is required to examine each annual and other report of the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption and to report on any matter appearing in, or arising out of, any such report.
This inquiry was self-referred on 13 November 2008.

Pursuant to the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 s 64(1)(c), the Committee is to conduct an inquiry into the 2007-2008 annual report of the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
