Citizen's Right of Reply (Mr D Kennedy) (No 2)

This is a right of reply provided to Mr Duncan Kennedy in response to comments made by the Hon Michael Daley MP in an answer to a question on notice published in the New South Wales Legislative Council's Questions and Answers Papers on 27 October 2009. The right of reply was adopted by the House and incorporated into Hansard on 21 April 2010.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
