Inquiry into the Draft Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Amendment (De Facto Relationships) Regulation 2010

This inquiry was established on 10 June 2010. The Committee is required to inquiry and report on the draft regulation in accordance with the provision of section 14A of the Constitution Act 1902

That under section 14A of the Constitution Act 1902, the draft Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Amendment (De Facto Relationships) Regulation 2010 be referred to the Privileges Committee for inquiry and report by Wednesday 23 June 2010.
