Review of the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 Annual Reports of the Commission for Children and Young People and the 2009 Child Death Review Team Reports

Under the Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998 s 28(1)(c), the functions of the Committee on Children and Young People include examining each annual and other report of the Commission for Children and Young People and reporting to both Houses of Parliament on any matter appearing in, or arising out of, any such report.
This inquiry was self-referred on 1 February 2012.
