Person referred to in the Legislative Council (Mr T Bidder)

This is a right of reply provided to Mr Tim Bidder in response to statements made in the New South Wales Legislative Council by Ms Lee Rhiannon on 9 April 2002. The right of reply was adopted by the House and incorporated into Hansard on 26 June 2002.

This inquiry was conducted in accordance with a resolution of the Legislative Council which permits citizens aggrieved by statements made about them in the House to seek to have a response incorporated in the parliamentary record.
