Stakeholder review of the Community Services jurisdiction

On 7 July 2005, the Committee on the Office of the Ombudsman and the Police Integrity Commission resolved that, in accordance with its functions under s.31B of the Ombudsman act 1974, the Committee is to conduct a stakeholder review of the merger of the Community Services Commission into the Office of the Ombudsman, and any issues arising from this.
This inquiry was self-referred on 7 July 2005.

In accordance with its functions under s.31B of the Ombudsman Act 1974 the Committee on the Office of the Ombudsman and the Police Integrity Commission is to conduct a stakeholder review of the merger of the Community Services Commission into the Office of the Ombudsman, and any issues arising from this.
