(1) Internal security measures in place to protect the integrity of
information in draft reports;
(2) What safeguards, if any, are in place to ensure draft reports provided
to the Head of the authority, responsible Minister and Treasurer are treated
with discretion;
(3) The relevant statutory provisions in relation to how confidential
information in draft reports should be treated; and
(4) Any suggestions you may have, including amendments to legislation, to
reduce the risk of future leaks.
