Reconsideration of the recommendations of the committee in relation to section 13B of the Constitution Act 1902

This inquiry was established by resolution of the House on 22 June 2005 in response to a request from the Legislative Assembly Standing Committee on Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
