Progress in improving quality of care and value for money and reducing variability in quality of care in these hospitals during the period 1995 to 2001. The strategies and measures in place or proposed for improving the quality of care and value for money and for reducing the variability in quality of care in these hospitals for the period 2001 to 2003.
