This bill was reported to the Council cognate with the NSW Generations Funds Amendment Bill 2021 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Infrastructure Contributions) Bill 2021. This bill was set down for consideration separately from the cognate bills. Standing Order 197 of the Assembly suspended on 20 October 2021 to allow the Bill to be presented for assent notwithstanding the remaining cognates having not yet been passed or otherwise disposed of.
