SUMMARY
Following on from election commitments, and as part of the ongoing evolution of
Australia's distinctive approach to the regulation of industrial relations, the
NSW Government released an Exposure Draft of the Industrial Relations Bill 1995
(the 'Exposure Draft') for public consultation on Monday, 23 October 1995,
which will completely repeal and substantially reform the current system in NSW
under the Industrial Relations Act 1991 (NSW) ('IR Act 1991').
