Warning, which states, on page 19, that the PRTCPM “would require amendment to ensure the Aboriginal Place is managed in accordance with this Aboriginal Place Management Plan into the future”?
(a) If the PRTCPM has not yet been amended to give effect to the provisions of the Aboriginal Place Management Plan as described above, what is the present status of the legal enforceability of the provisions of the Aboriginal Place Management Plan ?
(3) Can the Minister confirm that one of the seven protesters who climbed Mt. Warning on Australia Day was interviewed by National Parks and Wildlife Services investigators?
