(1) Can the Minister advise if any Road Maintenance Council Contracts have been taken back by Transport for NSW after the 2022 flooding events?

(2) Can the Minister advise if any Road Maintenance Council Contracts have been taken back by Transport for NSW after the 2023 flooding events?

REGIONAL ROADS AND TRANSPORT RECOVERY PACKAGE - REMOVAL

I am advised

(1) Two Road Maintenance Council Contracts have been taken back by Transport for NSW following the 2022 flooding events.

(2) No Road Maintenance Council Contracts have been taken back by Transport for NSW following the 2023 flooding events.
