(1) Can the Minister please list which councils have signed and executed their deeds as part of the Regional Roads and Transport Recovery Package program?
Answer -

I am advised

Transport for NSW is working with councils and the NSW Reconstruction Authority to ensure the Regional Roads and Transport Recovery Package projects meet Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements requirements. Due to the tardy execution of the former Liberal-National government, the deeds are now subject to review.

Transport for NSW representatives and technical assessors are supporting councils to source evidence required to demonstrate Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements compliance.
