DEEDS TO ALL COUNCILS FROM TRANSPORT FOR NSW(1) Can the Minister advise, have the deeds been issued to all councils from Transport for NSW as part of the Regional Roads and Transport Recovery Package program? (a) If not, why not? (b) If so, how many have been executed and returned to Transport for NSW? |

I am advised Transport for NSW is working with councils and the NSW Reconstruction Authority to ensure Regional Roads and Transport Recovery Package projects meet Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements requirements. Due to the tardy execution of the former Liberal-National government, the deeds are now subject to review. Funding deeds will be issued and executed as soon as practical. |
