FIXING LOCAL ROADS POTHOLE REPAIR ROUND - UNSPENT FUNDING

(1) Can the Minister advise, will the Government take back any unspent money under the Fixing Local Roads Pothole Repair Round program?
Answer -

I am advised

As per the funding deed signed by the former Liberal-National government and councils to enter into the Fixing Local Roads Pothole Repair Round, any funding that is not expended by 1 January 2024 will be forfeited and recovered by Transport for NSW.
