(1) What is the status of the proposed upgrade to New Line Road over Pyes Creek?

I am advised

Transport for NSW is progressing with investigating options to upgrade New Line Road to ease congestion, improve safety, and cater for future growth in the area. This includes the section of New Line Road over Pyes Creek.

Preliminary site investigations have been undertaken to inform the development of options. This included Preliminary Environmental Investigation that identify potential impacts to native vegetation and ecological communities.

Further development of feasible options is subject to further community consultation, as well as environmental and funding approvals.
