I am advised:

(1) None.

(2 Six.

(3) Sydney Metro collected $53,285 in rent from July 2019 to July 2021.

(4) As at 30 July 2021, Sydney Metro rental arrears are at $253,500. Sydney Metro adheres to the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 when assessing any applicable rent to be applied to current and former property owners.
