Answer -

I am advised:

The Transport cluster has six Government-owned vehicles. These passenger and light commercial vehicles are used by multiple employees for business purposes.

For Government–owned vehicles in the financial year 2020-21 there was one penalty notice for a traffic offence. The penalty notice was for speeding, more than 10 km/h but not more than 20 km/h. Transport for NSW did not pay for the $285 penalty notice. All penalty notices are nominated to the driver for the driver to pay or dispute the penalty notice. No insurance claims were made.
