(1) How many full-time equivalent (FTE) inspectors are currently employed by SafeWork NSW?

(2) How many FTE inspectors predominately carry out deskwork or desk-based investigations?

(3) How many workplace inspections have occurred in:

(a) 2016?

(b) 2017?

(c) 2018?

(d) 2019 to date?

(4) How many disciplinary actions against inspectors in 2019 were undertaken?

(5) How many prosecutions has SafeWork commenced for each year since 2012?

(6) How many unsuccessful or discontinued prosecutions by SafeWork were there for each year since 2012?

(7) In how many prosecutions commenced by SafeWork did SafeWork pursue a custodial sentence?

(1) 299 roles occupied of a total 331 roles.

(d) 2019 to date= 12,349 interactions*.

*SafeWork NSW uses the term interactions because Inspectors use a range of tools and interventions to secure workplace change that is not limited to workplace inspections alone.
