I am advised:

  1. The data refers to incidents of proven sexual assault and allegations of sexual assault of a young person. The Juvenile Justice reporting system does not separate the data. It includes incidents with sexual contact and also verbal threats of sexual assault.

  2. The data refers to incidents of proven physical assault and allegations of physical assaults of a young person. The Juvenile Justice reporting system does not separate the data. Physical assault includes behaviours such as punching, pushing, and throwing objects.
