    4. 2014-15
    5. 2015-16
Answer -

Agencies must comply with their information access obligations under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (including processing formal and informal applications).

To fulfil their obligations, agencies must establish dedicated business units to process applications where required. The responsibilities and staffing of such business units may depend on the volume of applications, as well as the nature of the information sought.

Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 compliance information is published in agency and annual reports.
