Answer -

On average the registered nurses employed by Bourke Multipurpose Service have lived in the area for approximately 11 years. The Western NSW Local Health District works with the Health Service to provide incentives for recruitment and to encourage growth within the organisation. The number of hours each general practitioner visiting the site is spending onsite varies.
