  1. Does the Minister for Counter Terrorism have a representative on the State Counter Terrorism Committee?
  2. Will the Police Commissioner regularly report to the Minister for Counter Terrorism?
Answer -
  1. The Minister for Counter Terrorism is supported by the Department of Premier and Cabinet. The State Counter Terrorism Committee has a representative from the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
  2. The NSW Commissioner of Police continues to report directly to the Minister for Police. The Minister for Counter Terrorism may be briefed by the NSW Police Force as required.
