  1. How have the issues raised in the Aurecon report into the Skytrain bridge failure been resolved?
  2. Given that the failure occurred on one span, how can the Government assure the community that the quality control was sufficient on other spans?
  3. What additional measures have been taken to ensure that this does not happen again?
  4. Will an independent and external review of the rest of the construction to date be undertaken and published?
