- and (2) I am advised that government schools that provide bottled water to
students and use rainwater tanks are listed on the Department of Education's
website.
The department requires individual schools to use bottled water
for a short period, if needed, should a water quality issue be identified while
remediation works are undertaken. I'm advised there are no government
schools in areas where the water supply is unfit for human consumption. (3)
I am advised that boil water notices are issued by NSW Health when required.
The Department of Education does not hold this information.
