Answer -

On average the Registered Nurses employed by Walgett Health Service have lived in the area for approximately 7.5 years. The Western NSW Local Health District works with the Health Service to provide incentives for recruitment and to encourage growth within the organisation. The number of hours each General Practitioner visiting the site will spend onsite varies.
