Mookhey, Daniel to the

A constituent advised me that a road accident occurred around 4:30pm Friday
9 March 2018 on the M1 motorway. The constituent advised that no contraflow
measures appeared to be in place or initiated. This constituent's trip to the
Central Coast from Sydney usually takes 1 hour and 15 minutes, but on this
occasion the duration of the trip was close to 4 hours. Regarding this
incident:
- Did Transport for NSW undertake any contraflow or similar initiatives to
reduce journey delays for motorists?
- If not, why not?
- What action was taken to help effected motorists?
- If no action was taken, why was it not taken?
- What action did any agency under the Minister's portfolio take to help
effected motorists?
- If no action was taken, why not?
- What is Transport for NSW's existing policy for reducing journey delays for
motorists on the M1 effected by road incidents?
- Was the policy implemented?
- if not, why not?
- If there is no such policy, why is there not one?
