Answer -

I am advised:

Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy are subject to licence conditions imposed by the NSW Government and rigorously monitored by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (I PART). The licence conditions include minimum standards for frequency and duration of power outages, measured by internationally recognised indices.

I PART reports annually on compliance with these conditions. The reports are available on the IPART website at https:⁄⁄www.ipart.nsw.gov.au⁄Home⁄Publications.

More detailed information on the network performance can be obtained through the network operators.
