Answer -
  1. Liverpool Plains Shire Council has advised that the total estimated cost of their Regional Water Supply Project, of which the Werris Creek Water Treatment Plant is a key component, is $28.3M. 
  2. The Werris Creek Water Treatment Plant has been shortlisted to receive funding under the Safe and Secure Water Program announced in the 2017-18 NSW Budget. The funding assessment is underway.
