(b) What was the average waiting time?

(c) What is the breakdown of transactions provided, per local government area, in relation to:

(ii) Driver and rider licence renewals?

(iii) Driver and rider licence tests?

(v) Births, relationships and deaths?

(vi) Boating, fishing and outdoors?

(vii) Concessions, rebates and financial assistance?

(a) Service NSW does not hold data reported by Local Government Areas. Data relating to the transactions listed above are collected at a postcode level only. In that regard, it is noted that one postcode may correlate to two or more Local Government Areas.

(b) The average Counter Wait time between 1 January 2021 and 1 September 2022 at the Macarthur Service Centre was: 8:59 (m/s). It is noted that question asked relates to the “Service Centre at Gregory Hills” however, the Service Centre is called the Macarthur Service Centre and is located at The Home Centre, Steer Road, Gregory Hills NSW 2557.
