NSW SERVICE NSW CENTRE

(1) In relation to the new Service NSW Centre located within the Ed. Square complex in Edmondson Park:

(a) How much of the allocated funds have been spent on the new Service NSW Centre as of 10 November 2021?

(b) When will the fit-out of the new Service NSW centre be completed?

(c) When will the new Service NSW centre open to the public?

(i) Will the new Service NSW centre open to the public before 31 December 2021?

(d) Will the new 'digital' Service NSW centre require everyone to have an online Service NSW account?

(e) How many staff will be employed at the Service NSW Centre?

(f) How long is the lease for the premises?
Answer -
NEW SERVICE NSW CENTRE IN EDMONDSON PARK

(1) 

(a) Approximately $120,000

(b) Fit-out is scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2023.

(c) All Service NSW centres under the New Metro Service Centres program which includes Edmondson Park, will be open by end of June 2023.

(i) No

(d) No. All standard Service NSW transactions will be available at the new centre in Edmondson Park. Dedicated Service NSW staff will be available to assist customers through our face-to-face 'digital first' approach through the new enhanced self-serve. Customers without a Service NSW account will still be able to access services by non-digital means.

(e) Full time equivalent 28.2 (21 Full Time and 12 Part Time)

(f) The terms of the lease are commercial-in-confidence
