(1) In relation to the Macarthur Service NSW Centre during the financial year 2018-19:

(a) How many people attended;

(b) How many vehicle registration-related applications were submitted;

(c) How many driver and rider licence renewal applications were submitted;

(d) How many driver and rider licence tests were conducted;

(e) What were the average customer waiting times?

(2) In relation to the Macarthur Service NSW Centre during the period of 1 July 2019 to 20 November 2019:

(a) How many people attended;

(b) How many vehicle registration-related applications were submitted;

(c) How many driver and rider licence renewal applications were submitted;

(d) How many driver and rider licence tests were conducted;

(e) What were the average customer waiting times?

 

Answer -

(1) In relation to the Macarthur Service NSW Centre during the financial year 2018-19:

(a) 225,217 over the counter transactions (an average of 18,768 per month);

(b) 158,805 over the counter transactions;

(c) 32,450 over the counter transactions;

(d) 16,513;

(e) 10 minutes and 20 seconds.

(2) In relation to the Macarthur Service NSW Centre during the period of 1 July 2019 to 20 November 2019:

(a) 88,475 over the counter transactions (an average of 22,118 per month);

(b) 64,710 over the counter transactions;

(c) 14,472 over the counter transactions;

(d) 12,639;

(e) 8 minutes and 54 seconds.
