  1. When will a response be received to my 4 May 2017 request and repeated follow up calls and emails to meet with the compliance officer responsible for Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf?

  2. What restrictions apply to Members of Parliament discussing compliance concerns with department officers?

  3. What options are available for Members of Parliament to address compliance concerns if department staff are directed not to communicate with them?

  4. What further action will the Government take to ensure members of Parliament can advocate on local compliance concerns?

  2. There are no restrictions.
  3. I would suggest raising it with the Minister responsible.
  4. The Government will always support local members who raise legitimate community concerns.
