(1) Non-Government Organisations with clients who were fully transitioned to
the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), or to Continuity of Support or
alternate arrangements, were required to provide a financial acquittal report
by 31 May 2018. Exceptions applied for service providers with a small number of
residual clients yet to transition after that time.
(2) and (3) Arrangements and reporting requirements were identified in
funding agreements from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2018. A dedicated email address
and telephone hotline for queries and feedback was established. Across the NDIS
transition period, National Disability Services hosted several provider forums
across the state. Additionally, simplified financial acquittal processes were
put in place for the 2017-18 year.
