Answer -

I am advised:

Operation Pedro has been conducted three times per year since May 2014, with the involvement of 1,105 officers in total (as at the most recent operation on 23 April 2018). Information on the number of police hours committed over this period is not readily available from police systems.

Operation Pedro targets bicycle offences and, as such, does not involve the issuing of fines to motorists. A total of 3,063 fines have been issued to cyclists
